Passive protection of critical sites against drones
AERO-SHIELD
A two-layer steel net screen, designed to stop a one-way attack drone at a distance from the protected asset. Galvanised steel, no power, made in the EU. Qualification planned for Q3 2028.
What it does
Stops the drone before the asset
AERO-SHIELD is mounted in front of, or above, the part of a site that must keep working: a transformer, a tank, a control building. The outer layer, a ring or rope net, is designed to absorb the drone's impact energy. The inner layer, a fine steel mesh, catches the debris. A damaged panel is replaced on its own; the site stays in operation.
Used at: electrical substations and transformers · fuel and gas tanks · power and CHP plants · ammunition and materiel depots · water treatment and pumping stations · communications sites.
Key characteristics
Protection by construction alone
The screen works around the clock and needs no staff. Design values until qualification is complete; site-specific calculation under NDA.

Two layers: a ring or rope net absorbs the impact energy, a steel mesh catches drone debris. Zinc-coated steel wire and rope. Passive: no power, sensors or operators.
Frameless on existing structures, or on WarTex Defense steel frames. Panels and rolls sized to the site. A damaged panel is replaced on its own. Made in the Czech Republic.
Impact trials with BAAINBw at WTD 52, planned for Q3 2028. Designed to EN 10244-2, EN 12385 and EN 1090-2 (EXC2); corrosion tests to ISO 9227. AQAP 2110 targeted for April 2028.
