We are building production at two sites about an hour apart, on new machines from European makers. Our quality management is built to AQAP 2110 from day one.
Two sites
Saxony and the Ústí region
Germany keeps what needs licences and the customer's trust: AERO-SPOOL production, engineering, quality assurance and the group test laboratory. In the Czech Republic, about an hour from Dresden, we will make AERO-SHIELD and AERO-DRIVE.

Test laboratory
ISO 7 cleanroom, CNC fibre-winding stations and OTDR test equipment for AERO-SPOOL; engineering, quality assurance and sales.
Climate, thermal shock and vibration testing. Pre-tests at accredited laboratories come before trials at Bundeswehr test centres.
Needle-winding cells, trickle impregnation, stator end-of-line test, motor bench; mesh line, presses, welding cell, tensile tester, salt-spray chamber.
Quality and export control
Built to AQAP 2110
Traceable by design
Every stator and spool carries a serial number linked to its materials and test record. Materials arrive with EN 10204 3.1 certificates.
Export control: an internal compliance programme to BAFA standards before the first export. Every product is classified with BAFA; military items are sold only by WarTex Defense GmbH.

We buy European
If you make optical fibre, copper winding wire, electrical steel, steel wire, rope, impregnation resins or production machines in Europe, write to us. We qualify at least two sources per critical material.
